These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MyCounsel ("the Platform") operated by MyCounsel. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Use of Service

By using MyCounsel, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for lawful legal research and professional purposes.
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the platform without written permission.
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's systems.
• Treat AI-generated content as a research aid — not as formal legal advice or a substitute for professional judgment.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@mycounsel.co if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, AI models, and design elements are the property of MyCounsel or its licensors. Case law data is sourced from public legal records. You may not reproduce or distribute platform content commercially without prior written consent. Your right to use the platform is limited to the subscription you have purchased.

Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MyCounsel without notice if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or the platform itself.

Limitation of Liability

MyCounsel is a research tool and does not provide legal advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on information obtained through the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months prior to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
